Terms of use

Last updated: 23 October 2026

These terms apply to your use of Mesa de Portugal (www.mesadeportugal.com), a website run by PG App Studios in the Algarve, Portugal. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Recipes and kitchen safety

Our recipes and guides are general information for home cooks. Results depend on your ingredients, equipment and technique, and you cook at your own risk.

2. Products, prices and affiliate links

We don't sell anything. When you buy through a link, your contract is with the retailer (usually Amazon), whose terms, prices, delivery and returns apply. Prices and availability change often and we can't guarantee that product information on our site is current. See our affiliate disclosure for how we earn money. Product images labelled "Serving idea" and many other images on the site are illustrations created with AI tools.

3. Our content

The text, recipes as written, photos, illustrations and logo on this site are © PG App Studios unless stated otherwise. You're welcome to cook from them, link to any page, and quote a short extract with a link back to the original. Please don't republish full recipes, articles or images, or scrape the site, without written permission.

Brand names such as Bordallo Pinheiro, Vista Alegre, Costa Nova, Cutipol and Amazon belong to their owners. Mentioning them doesn't mean they endorse us.

4. Other websites

We link to other websites, including Amazon, app stores and the Portugal Lifestyle Pro site. We're not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

5. Changes and availability

We may update, correct or remove content at any time, and we don't guarantee that the site will always be available or free of errors.

6. Liability

We work hard to keep the information accurate, but the site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, PG App Studios is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or from products bought through links on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Portuguese law, or your rights as a consumer.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country.
